Dear Parents,
Next Sunday, October 15, we are celebrating some big anniversaries for teachers at St. John's. As is noted below,
Ellen Burmester, Mike Newton, and Debbie Stanhope are celebrating 30 years of teaching ministry. Please join us for
a luncheon after church that day. If you are interested, please call the school or church office for tickets. The
tickets are just $5 and give you all a chance to honor these great teachers.
Please remember that we do not allow pets on campus (especially dogs) without special permission. There are
safety and health concerns, and I ask that you please not bring your dog on campus.
Next Friday is Get On Track. Please help us by getting pledges and joining the festivities next week!

- St. John's Lutheran Church Commemorative Ornament:
St. John's Church is celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2007 and will be publishing a Commemorative Book next year.
In order to help defray the cost of the book, we are presently selling a commemorative gold-plated brass
ornament with an etching of the church. The ornaments are available for $15 in the School or Church Offices.
There are a limited number of ornaments available, and when they're gone, they're gone. We will not be re-ordering.
See Cindy Zeller or Christy Kramer to purchase yours today.

the gym. Don’t forget to bring your friends and be sure to join us for this fun night!
Just a reminder to those of you who are going to the "Youth Quake," we are having an information meeting on Thursday,
